Mr Adegunle is a corporate governance expert and board room strategist with proficiency for financial proprietor and conformity with regulatory controls. He has over 30 years of experience in a career spanning the private and international sector at the United Nations. He started his career with Nigeria eagle Floor Mills in 1983 as an Assistant Accountant and acquired significant experience in the private sector over a span of ten years in a career that also took him to Spectrum Books and Paragon Investment before moving to the International Sector in 1994. Between 1999 and 2006, he was instrumental to many of UNICEF’S operational intervention in Sub-Sahara African. He retired from UNICEF in 2006 and went into active boardroom activities. He is currently the Chairman of BU Power Limited, Deguards Security Services limited, Driversplus services and Call-a-cab services, Ibadan.

Mr Damola is a graduate Accountant from Obafemi Awolowo University. He began his professional career with Ernst and Young, an international firm of Chartered Accountants. Over the last 20 years, he has held several positions of increasing responsibility with Chevron Nigeria Limited spanning the Finance, commercial, operations, support, planning and supply chain management functions. He currently holds the position of Materials Manager in the organization where he is responsible for the warehouses, inventory management and material replenishment function in the company. He is a graduate of Chevron’s Global Finance Development Program in San Ramon, California; he worked in the corporations Treasury and as a Financial Analyst for the Europe Strategic Business Unit. He was recently appointed the Chairman of CEMCE Microfinance Bank, Lagos.

Mr Ayo Olayinka is an organizational strategist with demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and product design in Sub Sahara Africa. He has over 20 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, and investment analyst with a passion for promoting opportunities, financial structuring and capacity building. He obtained his bachelor’s in Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife in 1988 and an ACA in 1992. He is a finance expert specializing in Structured Finance. His working career started as a commodity trader for a Nigeria Company; Universal Trading Company in 1989 before proceeding to do commodity export with a privately held Nigerian company. He served in some local banks and an international bank in various business development roles retiring in 2010 as a Project Director in Standard Chartered Bank. Sequel to that he was the head of Structured Finance in ENSEC, a Nigerian specialized Energy Sector Finance and Advisory firm.

Mr. Adesiyun, is an experienced Financial Analyst and Business Development Expert with considerable experience in commercial and corporate banking which he acquired in various financial institutions in the country. He has been involved in conceptualizing and proffering Business solution packages to various organizations in the country. Mr Adesiyun brings to the organization insightful perspectives in business integrations and financial optimization. His professional experience spans across a wide range of financial institutions and investment analyst companies. He started his career with B-Two Ventures where he was responsible for investment opportunity identification and brand acquisition and financing. He later joined the Nigerian banking industry for a career spanning twelve years where he pioneered corporate banking departments in one bank and served as Market Development Manager in two others. He is a sector expert in electricity. Some of his projects’ footprints include the 6.5mw Independent Power Plant in Lekki, Lagos and the syndication for acquisition and funding of Ibadan Distribution Company under the FGN/PHCN/privatization.
